These terms describe the written, self-paced course purchased through Dr Roxana Irimia’s Kajabi checkout.

Your purchase

The course price is US$297, paid once, including any applicable tax. There is no recurring course subscription. Check the currency and total shown at checkout before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Your purchase includes six core written lessons, a start-here section with a welcome, safety gate and sources, and a downloadable workbook. Videos, live sessions, individual consultations, couples therapy and a discussion community are not included.

Access and lesson releases

You receive 365 days of course access from your access start date. The start-here section and lesson one are available at the start. Lessons two to six open on days 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 respectively, relative to that start date. Later releases are scheduled for 10 am Melbourne time. Once a lesson opens, you can return to it during your access period. Download the workbook for your own reflection and notes.

Use a current web browser and an internet connection. Keep your account details private. If you cannot sign in or access the material, contact course support.

Education and your own care

This course offers general education and reflection. It does not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a doctor–patient relationship. It is not a substitute for care from your own clinician. No particular health or relationship outcome is promised.

Read the safety gate in the start-here section before attempting partner conversations. You do not need to complete an exercise that feels unsafe. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. Course support is not an emergency or clinical service.

Refunds and consumer rights

No additional voluntary money-back guarantee is included. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law. This includes any right to a remedy where the course is not supplied as described or a consumer guarantee is not met.

For access problems or a refund request, contact course support with the email used at checkout and a description of the problem. Please do not include medical records or detailed personal health information.

Course materials

The course and workbook are provided for your own learning and reflection. Please do not redistribute or sell the materials. Your private workbook answers are yours; you do not need to submit them to complete the course.

Course privacy notice

This notice covers the Kajabi course, checkout, student account and course support. Dr Roxana Irimia is responsible for the information used to provide this course.

Information collected and why

When you enrol, the checkout collects account and contact details such as your name, email, billing address and phone number where requested, together with your purchase and payment status. Kajabi records account access, lesson progress and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and cookies. Support messages contain the information you choose to send.

This information is used to process purchases, provide and secure your account, release lessons, send necessary receipts and access or course notices, answer support requests, handle complaints and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Without the necessary account and transaction information, we may be unable to supply access or resolve a purchase query.

The workbook is for private use on your own device or on paper. This course does not ask you to upload your answers, medical records or personal relationship history. Comments and community discussions are not enabled. Please keep sensitive health information out of routine support messages.

Service providers and overseas handling

Kajabi hosts the course, account, checkout and course communications. Payments are handled through Kajabi Payments and its payment providers, including Stripe. Card details are entered into the payment service; do not send them to course support. The course administrator receives transaction information needed to administer the purchase.

These providers and their service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Their own notices explain their handling practices: Kajabi Privacy Notice, Kajabi Cookie Notice and Stripe Privacy Policy. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law.

Cookies and communications

Kajabi and the payment service use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as signing in, checkout, security and usage measurement. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect sign-in or payment. Any separate consent choices presented by the service apply to those technologies.

Buying the course does not automatically opt you into optional marketing. Course access, receipts and necessary service messages are separate from marketing choices. If you choose to receive marketing, you can unsubscribe using the message link or contact support.

Storage, access and questions

Course information is held in the service providers’ systems and in support correspondence. Access is limited to what is needed to administer the course and respond to support. Records are kept for course administration, support and applicable legal or recordkeeping needs. Deletion requests may be subject to those obligations.

You can request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or make a privacy complaint using the contact details above. Include the email used for your course account. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing information. We will review the request, explain any information needed and respond about the outcome. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant regulator.

This notice will be updated if the course’s information handling changes. Last reviewed: 29 October 2026.
